ARPPA TERMINALS:

With unique designs for each vertical sector and with the possibility of integrating a variety of devices and functionalities, the ARPPA terminals have been designed to function as service and sales points in an environment that guarantees both security and confidentiality. The size of the terminal allows for it to be located even in small spaces. In addition, the solution provided by ARPPA is suitable for the elderly as well as people with disabilities.

ARPPA AGENTS:

The team who provide a remote service to customers via the terminals. This is an integrated system that not only provides a technological solution, but also a team of people specialised in providing a fully personalised customer service, trained both in terms of the specific functionality of the ARPPA system as well as the service provided. Agents access information systems via remote desktop or web applications, so that in no instance is data stored on the ARPPA Technologies owned equipment. In addition, active and passive monitoring of the agents' activity is carried out, guaranteeing maximum security in the processing of information and excellence in customer service.

INTEGRATED SERVICES CENTRE:

The centre from where ARPPA centralises all aspects of the service. As this is a genuine and exclusive system for each client, the design, manufacture and integral maintenance of the terminals is also managed by ARPPA. The service centre has access to the general status of all the terminals across the network and the devices integrated into them, so that any incident is instantly detected and recorded in a GLPI (service and incident management software) system, setting in motion the whole process of decision-making and corrective action.
